Setting Standards

We measure the quality of the care that we provide by placing great importance on official and informal feedback. We have a strong track record of excellent reports from the CQC, the Healthwatch “Enter and View” scheme and the quality monitoring team at East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We respond positively and proactively to any concerns and criticisms, however slight, which are raised in the inspections and reports.

We are signatories to ENRICH, the Enabling Research In Care Homes project set up by the National Institute for Health Research. We are also accredited as a Peninsula Employer of Excellence.
We have a comprehensive internal auditing programme which measures the quality of our services 365 days a year.

All our homes operate an open door policy for our residents’ families and we welcome their comments and other input as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. Our complaints procedure is simple to use, yet is also thorough and effective.

Mum has been so happy and so well cared for. She smiled a lot, laughed a tremendous amount and has enjoyed the company of other residents plus the activities that you have provided.
